Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clinical Health Systems (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clinical provides practice management software for clinics and hospitals, including electronic medical records, appointment scheduling, billing, patient communication, and related features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Clinic: ₹1,500/month or ₹10,000/year
• Hospital (HMS): ₹10,000/month or ₹60,000/year
• All prices in INR, exclusive of GST.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all patient and practice data you enter into the Service. We act as a data processor and store your data securely on your behalf.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clinical Health Systems is not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
